Take a regular reading of the emotional climate
In which you “live, and move, and have your being.”
Rate its level of negativity and toxicity
On an imaginary “Death To My Soul Scale.”
Consider how your emotional environment
Is impacting your attitude, and your life.
Where would you go to find a different emotional environment—
One that is better for you, and your mental, emotional, health?
Go there often.
Relish it consciously.
Soak it up.
Bring back the laughter and the joy.
